Wasn’t the place we thought we were going. First thing we got was a sales pitch for a time share. He was pushy but we just said no. The building we were in was a presidential and “sought after,” per the sales pitch, with beautiful sunsets over the bay from the balcony. Well we couldn’t sit on the balcony due to the swampy land outside with standing water below us, which smelled bad and there were tons of mosquitos due to that. The beach was across the street, so we had to drive wherever we went. The final straw was the dried up boogers that were stuck on the head of one of the beds. It was disgusting. We told the front desk and showed the picture, but they didn’t seem very concerned. Won’t go back to this place.

We got the older side. No washer and dryer. The kitchen was tiny. But we made it through! Beds werre comfortable. The oower had went out for like an hour or kittle over and hot. It was 🔥 HOT. But we got through it. Im glad they opened the arcade for us to go and enjoy. We did all the activities. FYI: The pool picture and the amenities it showsni. Google are NOT correct. Those are only for Signature stays across the street. That should be stated somewhere on the site.

It was nice. The AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms but called and they had it fixed ASAP. If you’re looking to stay on the beach and have access to the infinity pool over the beach you have to get the signature villa. Overall it was nice.

The staff was awesome, the accommodations were more than what was expected! Will be staying again!

Staff was friendly and approachable, only real concern was need for repair and/or renovations.

The room was very spacious. The pictures are false advertising. We requested our rooms to face the beach since the pictures shows rooms do face the beach 🏖 and we got stuck with one that face the bay but we still couldn’t see the bay from our rooms cause of the Palm Trees🌴. One really don’t know what ur going to get until one arrives at the Holiday Inn Resort. It is near the beach so that’s a good thing.

Was a great experience! My kids had a blast! We will definitely stay again.

The pics in the advertisement are FALSE. Made my family so sad. You can’t swim in that gorgeous infinity pool and you don’t have a view, much lass even NEAR the beach. Accommodations were nice and clean..... Just far from water 💦!!!! So disappointed. We usually are Marriott folks as a worked for them for years. I just thought I would give this a go. Never again

Our unit was definitely not the cleanest. Our bedsheets had mold on them. We requested new sheets for both beds, but they only brought us one set and the man that delivered them was hateful. When we called to request another set we were told housekeeping had already left so security would need to bring them. Security never showed up so we ended up sleeping on the mattress cover. I called the next evening when they still had not delivered our sheets or fixed some maintenance problems we reported, the lady at the desk was not apologetic. The same man from the previous night finally delivered more sheets and asked what happened to the sheets he had delivered the night before. We let him know they were still on the bed, but these were for the other bed. For the amount of money we spent, I do not believe that clean sheets and a friendly demeanor are too much to ask.

Second time here and loved it! The only thing I recommend for improvement is cutting back the shrubs so you can use the stairs for beach access. They are very overgrown. Our room was fabulous. They give you everything you need for your stay. We will be back soon!
