It was easy to check in. We had a late arrival but got settled in nicely. The first night we could hear people in the halls but it wasn’t bad after that. The room stayed nice and cold which was awesome. Overall a good place and would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Great stay for the most part. Friendly check in nice room clean. Everything worked as it should. My only complaint was I was asked and opted for express check out. I was told the receipt would be under my door in the morning. It wasn’t not a huge deal. I brought the keys back to the front desk and asked for a receipt. And well I was minding told no it was already emailed. Hmm ok wouldn’t print one out. Well I never did find one emailed but I also made sure I wasn’t over charged. Which I wasn’t. So over all. Good experience

We were very disappointed with this hotel, mostly with the cleanliness. Best Western typically has a good reputation and we try to book those kinds of hotels since we have little ones who will be on the floors during our stay...this one was extremely disappointing! The floors were horribly sticky and dirty, the walls were dirty, the whole room smelled awful, the tub barely drained and lights didn't work. The staff was friendly, but the room condition was pretty terrible...definitely can't recommend!

Everything was great. Clean, safe, and comfortable for the most part. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Food area was well stocked and clean. Coffee was a bit strong even for an old Sailor

Awful hotel. When we checked in, I had to repeat myself multiple times to the guy for him to hear me. Then, the first light in our room was out. Ok, no big deal. Found stains on the sheets and towels. I was going to leave but I was so exhausted after working a 16 hr shift that I went to bed. Surprisingly the bed was pretty comfy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around you. I was on the end by an exit door that people went through all night long. At 7 am, people were slamming the door every 5 min or so causing me to wake up a lot sooner than I wanted to. But best part, when I woke up there was absolutely NO POWER in the whole hotel!!! Awful!!!

Very clean room, nice property. Awesome shower, washer and dryer, we were very comfortable

Easy access to hotel from Carlisle exit from Penn Turnpike. Property and room was nice the bed was very comfortable. Only thing I did not like was motion sensors light switch in bathroom, disturbing to us when using the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Room 172....toilet seat slides when you sitting on it...minor but should be addressed
