Last month, my partner and I stayed for four nights in room 213. The room was fine enough, whatever, a hotel room. The staff seemed hard working, and the breakfast was better than we expected. On our third day staying at the hotel, my partner noticed some itchy insect bites. The next night, our final one, as she was falling asleep, she saw an adult bed bug crawling on the bed right near her face. After we captured it, we soon found and captured another adult. We handed a bag with both insects, alive, to the front desk. The hotel, to their credit, gave us another room to stay in. I wrote Best Western corporate asking for a refund. They referred me to the local franchise. The local person claimed that they had not discovered any other evidence of the bugs and refused our request. Lame.

Old property. But it was clean and I was comfortable in my room. However, front desk personnel was hopeless and service was terrible. Took way too long to check in. Ridiculously long. Also, needed coffee supplies for room since lobby coffee had not been maintained. Took him 20 minutes to simply find a couple of packets of coffee and sweetener. He had not been trained at all. Breakfast offerings were not bad at all. Still, same service problem. Front desk was also running breakfast so had to wait too long for refilling of foods.

Photos are misleading, area is a bit run down looking on outside and inside. We were placed in a smoking room (or, at least, a room that smelled like cigarettes) I’m assuming because we had a cat. Not the cleanest best western I’d ever been to, but it was just clean enough to be satisfactory. Could use some updates.

Okay stay !

It was okay. It was clean, except Carpet. Carpet was smelly due to being old. I had everything I needed for my trip. The staff could be more Friendly ! ;-) Thank you !
