Nice location with a few small issues

Used the location as a base to visit the Zip world sites. Lovely site and location. Quiet. Booking in was next to the bar. The unit we Stayed in was relatively new and well kept to a point. We had a few issues. Having the double bed down in the lower part of the unit, this being next to the bathroom door, problem was when you were in the bathroom you couldn’t get out of the bathroom as the door hit the bed. Stuck in the bathroom until someone from the main room moved the wood stopping the door to let you out ! Could be scary if alone ! Unfortunately when we used the oven on the second day of our stay the grill pan in the top oven had curly fries in it ! Not ours, we assume From a previous guest. Not great We did bring these incidents up with the staff who apologised and noted they would look into it. All staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was part self serve and part counter service and a good start to the day

Great stay

Stayed with my wife, three children and mother. Was ideal. Warm, clean and comfortable, and very accommodating. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

Amazing stay

Much better than what we expected. The pictures really dont do it justice. Beautiful room/lodge. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely coming back in the near future.

Engagement weekend

Outstanding hotel, service from all members of staff was fantastic, location was amazing, staff were super friendly and helpful, we got engaged the weekend we were here and the manager gave us some Prosecco on the house and organised our taxi to the restaurant, if we had a problem they solved it for us straight away! 10/10 stay will definitely be staying again when I’m next in town!

Brill...

Lovely setting with very accommodating staff. Help enormously when we were on a tight schedule, setting beautiful. Cabana was great...Really Really nice place to stay with great staff, a credit to the place.

We have a 3 year old toddler & it is supposed to be family friendly however there is a very steep little ladder type stairs to the upstairs loft bedroom with a balcony , which he kept climbing up & leaning over , me & my Parnter both couldn’t relax , it might of been better iff you could of folded the ladder up to stop climbing etc

Beautiful location with great helpful staff

Beautiful location the Cabana lodge was very well equipped & was very comfortable with great views. The site is near everything we wanted to visit, I would recommend visiting Port Merion as its picturesque but the staff at Port Merion arent very nice.
