Once we eventually got to the right hotel (don't get confused with the "Ibis Muenchen City" without the "Arnulfpark" in the name!), check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel are quite new, although being an Ibis hotel it is a very basic room – no fridge or safe are provided. The bed was very comfortable though, and it was quiet at night.

it was warm and clean with a fab bar and breakfast buffet! the beds were comfy and the room was very nice- quiet despite being near a main road! and an ideal location to catch train, bus or tram anywhere you pleased! great for the price that it was!

Well located on the train line, a bit further from town

No ice machine, no room service, no safe, hard beds, no view, cheap towels, very small and awkward shower. Room was quiet though.

Travelled for work with two colleagues, rooms were good for this type of hotel, we were on the top floor so traffic noise not too bad. Breakfast was limited but this is mostly due to me being Vegan. There was choice just not as much as there was for meat eaters. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The guys at the desk were very helpful. It was disappointing that the room didn't have any kind of fridge (I thought it would), but the guy at the bar let us store my husband's medication there & was very kind abt. letting him get it when he needed it. Good also abt. helping w/ directions, etc.

Great place to stay for Oktoberfest.

Very good experience at the hotel. We went for Oktoberfest and the location is great, a 15 minute walk from the station, 20 minute walk to Oktoberfest and 35 minute walk in to the centre. Hotel was very nice, windows were very effective at keeping out the noise from the street and curtains kept the darkness out perfectly. Room was very clean and comfy. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Only complaint would be the bathroom door being difficult to close due to the handle location. Overall a good trip and nice hotel.

All the staff in this hotel are totally customer focused and put the customer first.
