Ok for the price

We were not happy with our room. The bathroom door would not shut correctly which the kids were not happy with. The TV would not work right but luckily we could log into our Netflix account and watch that. The phone in the room did not work at all. The drain for the shower was very slow like it was clogged up. The hot water did work well, the price was cheap, and the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by but if your kids always want McDonalds, the one across the street has to be in the top 5 worst ones I've been to.

Overnight Vacation Stay

Clean, comfortable room. A little strange that housekeeping was on our floor cleaning rooms at 10 pm

Bad Service

The room was smell bad and some of the lights was NOT working even there’s a problem with bathroom and called the front desk they said sorry all the other rooms are booked and they don’t have another room to switch us. So I had to leave the hotel with NO REFUND

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately they are experiencing the same problems as everyone else. The rooms did not have coffee. The staff provided great service by making sure coffee was available in the lobby in the morning. They absolutely did the best they could considering everything they were up against.

Front desk clerk at check in was rude. As a Marriott Titanium level guest, we receive perks such as free breakfast, etc. He claimed since we booked via Expedia we were not supposed to receive any high level amenities. Had an issue with the bed that was not resolved. Could not regulate the room temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. Housekeeping was exceptional, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel with a fine view of a landfill and deep potholes on the lane leading to the parking area, this hotel is for you.

The room was not well cleaned . The floor was full of dirt and debris. Towels were torn. There was a lot of noise from the trucks that park outside.
