Breakfast rate is poor in comparison to other Hayat hotels. Service at pool area is not good.

It was AMAZING !!! The customer service was beyond amazing. I don’t leave reviews but, I must say for my first time being in Colombia this hotel even down to the staff went above and beyond for my friends and I. The breakfast was great ! The food great ! Like I really have no complaints at all. I had so much fun and everyone made my stay feel so special. I love it here !

Simply beautiful ! This hotel is everything you could ask for, comfortable rooms with great views, amazing facilities, good service at the restaurants, modern, and greeted by friendly staff. Short taxi ride to the old town (7 mins). The hotel is located right next to a shopping center that could be very convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Best hotel in Bocagrande !! Comfortable rooms, amazing views from the rooms and pools, great service from staff, location is perfect.

Everything in this hotel was great, clean, and organized especially during COVID times. Two downsides, the available WiFi Internet was very slow. So slow that the one time I tried loading the breakfast menu through the provided QR code it probably took about five minutes. It was just as slow when using the WiFi internet in the room I stayed in, so if you plan to stream anything or "work from home" with the Internet this hotel provides be aware. Also, I wish it was somehow disclosed to me in some detail while making my reservation online or from the hotel directly that the "included breakfast" is actually a smaller limited menu of options, unexpected and not something I was happy to discover until I actually went to the restaurant to have breakfast. During check-in I expected hotel amenities to be explained and they weren't at all, including how to access WiFi Internet and the included breakfast and what it involved.

The hotel is great but I was desapointed from the service. When I was doing check in they asked me if I want take breakfast in 13 dollars. I asked if I can pay late and told me yes offcourse. After I eat I saw the price is 20 dollars!! And they said it applaies only on Check-in time so what didn’t they say it?!!! I would never go back to hotel that steals from me

Everything was outstanding. Exceeded my expectations in every way . Would definitely recommend this to all.

The view is obviously why this hotel was built. With the junior suite, you have a look at the overwhelming ocean out one window, and the bay and coastline from the other. Great sunsets. Everything is luxury from the tiles to the professional staff that have excellent work ethic.
