Hotel is well maintained and clean. Girls staff were kind and helpful. Guy staff at nite was not so good. He didn’t want to help me resolve an issue with the room

This is an excellent hotel and very close to the beach (3 minute walk). The staff are very kind and professional. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Overall, this is an average hotel category, they have old towels and old linen, breakfast is good and healthy. The Manager cares every comment from guest and tried to resolve any issue. Staff was friendly AFTER the check in when they were charging us IVA knowing that we have residency in USA, we refused to pay the fee because we were told by CheapTickets that fees and taxes were included in our reservation. Also the room didn’t have closet which is important for us, during our 4 days stay we kept our clothes in the suitcases. Location is good and close to everything. We missed the gym, there’s none, pool was clean and small, however we didn’t use it.

Tv don’t work No iron wait for more than 8 hours to find

Very nice hotel, great value. There is a sightseeing service in the lobby, which is convenient. Tayrona is a must see. The staff was helpful with other recommendations. The breakfast is excellent and better than some higher end hotels that I’ve stayed at.

The hotel staff is awesome. I cannot wait to come back.

This property is listed in Santa Marta- it is not. The surrounding neighborhoods is less than desirable. Very loud at night with windows closed. Have to take a cab into Santa Marta to catch bus to Tyronna or to Minca. Cab to Minca from here reasonable. Hotel was clean, but open breakfast area meant you fought birds from your plate. I would never book this place again due to location, neighborhood, and noise at night

The staff here are amazing. Very knowledgeable about the area and helpful. The property was spotless and the breakfast staff lovely- couldn’t ask for better. The negatives: the beds!!! They are like sleeping on a box spring. VERY hard on your back. Zero flexibility or softness. Terrible beds. Also this location is located in a very noisy area and the building isn’t even slightly sound proof. These two things make for not a very restful sleep
