Family event

We booked two rooms for family event so had them next door to each that worked out perfectly.The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a balcony for fresh air.Great shower and complementary wine was awesome it's a pity as we had a wedding to attend we had no time to use the cocktail bar.next tim for sure

Amazing location!

Amazing stay! Great vibe and very good location directly adjacent to an amazing park that's well lit and great for walks, ball activities or playing. Very close (under 5 minutes) walk to numerous shops at eateries at the Westfield Shopping Centre make this a most attractive location.

Staff is super friendly and accomodating to individual needs and requirements. We had a late check in and the staff were super organised and the process was very smooth. Room was super clean and had a fresh scent. Although there is a function centre downstairs, we could barely hear any noise which was good. The only downside for this room was the fact that the bathroom has a window which faces the beds. It has roll down blinds which are supposed to be opaque but are pretty transparent which is very awkward because people from the beds can very easily see inside the bathroom. Other than that, the accomodation is fantastic and I’d definitely recommend this place to all if they fix the bathroom blinds issue :)

Pleasant place to stay

Clean and comfortable with great in room amenities. Reception closed at 5, and the restaurant closed as was the cafe. Made it feel like a ghost town.

The room was lovely except for a stained pillow case. Getting the information ie emails as we arrived after 5pm was difficult. The reception said they would call as we thought we may be able to arrive earlier but called us just before 5pm and then wanted us to download our credit card details even though we told her we were driving. At the function centre one of the waitresses spilt food on the bottom of my dress, which I acknowledged and she just walked away.

Always a great stay

Great staff and very nice rooms. Ultra clean. We stayed as we had a function at the hotel. 3 rd time staying here and beautiful as usual.
