I had an amazing and wonderful time at this hotel. Teresa and her husband spent a lot of time onsite to make everything was up to her high standards. I parked my car and was able to walk every place i needed to go. As a solo traveler i felt completely safe which is a huge factor when i travel. I look forward to my next visit.

Pros: Nice and simple place to sleep and move on about your day. Clean. Easy parking. Relatively easy communication with the staff. Cons: No hot water. The bathrooms are small (would not recommend for someone over 200lbs). Can get noisy.

Location is great. The room was small but clean and sufficient. Small microwave and fridge, hair dryer and iron. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train, so I did not sleep at all. Parking is free, BUT due to inflexible check-in time, if you arrive earlier than 4:00, you must park elsewhere. I arrived about an hour early and paid $30 to park. There are cheaper spots, but the area was crowded so took what I could get. Check-out is 10:00 (earlier than most hotels) - no later unless you pay. Ants were in the bathroom, which isn’t uncommon in FL, but the toilet overflowed with only a little tp in the bowl on 1st use.

Very noisy with construction, trash removal, street sweeping and room neighbors. Beds are old and you sink into the middle, pillows are too fat. Some outlets don't work and it takes 5+ minutes for the shower water to heat.

I like the location, the room was very small and so was the bathroom, no hot water, we left the night before checkout. We won’t stayed here again or recommend.

Great mom and pop hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfy . Will be back next year. Great location and walking distance to everything😍

Very Clean and comfortable. Theresa the owner is Awesome!!!! I have tried most of the Motels on the beach area and Brightwater is by far the Best !!!!

Great location. Good place for the cost. Room was neat and clean. The 10:00 am checkout is not cool tho. BTW, there's a massive construction project directly across the street going on. Quite noisy in the morning.

Incredible location. Simple , clean, nice - ice cold AC!!!! Walked to seven different bars. Walked two minutes to the breach!!!
