Room outdated but appeared clean. Pool closed, no breakfast.

Not so good. Little towels, little soap and shampoo, although the housekeeping people are great the room lacks the accommodations one would expect.

Everything was good except for they didn't have the room that I selected online and they put me in a whole different room and in the fridge didn't work and I had to park on the opposite side of the parking lot because the parking spots were awful

The TV didn't work in the bedroom but no big deal. Everything else was fine.

I was very happy with the hotel. The room was very clean. For a solo traveler it was also safe and quite. Very close to shops and the beach.

Easy check in, clean room, convenient location

Found cockroach crawling on my suitcase. Too many restrictions with covid. But other hotels were more engaging. The floors so dirty the bottom of my feet turned black. Obviously they don't clean well

Pictures very misleading. Outdared amenities. Dengy dirty linens.

the bathroom was not properly clean, it was towels used left behind, it was dusty everywhere, the people hanging out at the place was not very pleasant, pool was closed, noisy neighbors,etc etc definitely will not stay

This is definitely not a hotel and suite. It is a motel and I have no idea how it scored an 8. It was dirty and had other people's hair everywhere, the floors were filthy when we moved the beds, there was all kinds of food underneath and we noticed it right when we went in the room and shared it with the front office but she claimed the cleaning service had just left for the day at only 3pm and did not offer to clean it herself, so we were forced to sleep in the room that way for the night.The cleaning crew is definitely not doing a good job and customer service is terrible. They claim the rooms have been remodeled, but they need to invest in new mattresses, they were stained and old. And the sheets were also stained. Toiletries were scarce and bad quality. Water pressure in shower was very low. Also it's in a bad questionable area. Had my booking not been nonrefundable and I knew the area better, I would have canceled and left. We just tried our best to spend the least time as possible in the room.
