Nice size room, with a good view and balcony. Room was very clean, had a nice kitchenette and everything you'd need for an extended stay. Everything looked to be in new/updated recently. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the HVAC system is loud, if you're a light sleeper you might need earplugs.

Good stay

Front desk people very nice on check in and check out. Room was nice. Although you could hear people in next room. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and bright.

Couple in October

Since we were there during an offseason time, we realized they may have been doing some work. There were only a few other cars in the parking lot, so it was hard to understand why we were given a room on the backside of the building instead of the front. Our room did not get cleaned when it was supposed to have been.

The Biscayne Suites are a wonderful place to stay in Ocean City! Located just two blocks from the boardwalk and beach, great shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel is extremely clean and well-kept, my suite was immacutely clean and very cozy. The decorations made me feel at home. Great internet service and the balcony made my day!! There is also a lovely sun deck and pool. Highly recommend. They thought of everything - soap dispenser at the sink, body wash and shampoo in shower, everything you need to make your stay enjoyable - pots, pans, dishes, silverware, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator. Very comfortable and quiet.

This is now our second time staying at this hotel. Both times were perfect! We just stayed off season and we had the whole pool to ourselves. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Kitchen come fully stocked with anything you might need.

This is the only place in OCNJ that my wife and I stay when visiting. Great service, always clean, and has a great location for everything we need.

Spotless and spacious room

We stayed on a weekend on the 09/12/20 in one of the penthouse suite. The room was spotless and it was spacious for two of us. It was my very first visit at the Ocean City. A few minutes away on walking distance to the broad walk. The pool was nice and clean, and guests practiced social distancing. Plenty of parking space within the building. I will stay at Biscayne again if I visit again.

We Will return

Quiet area, yet close enough to boardwalk. Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Linen and bedding were of quality and much comfort. Hand sanitizer throughout the building and masks were a must. Rooftop pool was clean. 5 min walk to boardwalk and we were able to enjoy sunrise from balcony. We will definitely return.
