The hotel was great and the staff wonderful and helpful. They even made delicious vegan pancakes for me when they heard that I don't eat animal products. They also lete have a shower after check out before going on the overnight train to France My room was a little noisy but nice. I would definitely recommend to stay here. But I would ask for a quieter room.

Outstanding staff (employees) and Teresa was excellent and always was assisting us. Location close to touristic places.

We stopped off in Lisbon for a layover. With very little time to do all we wanted. But we were greeted and made very welcome by a wonderful lady ( she was half Irish) and asked what our plans was and preceded to show us maps and gave advice on where to go and what to do, and as a result of her advice we had the most amazing time in Lisbon. Sorry I cannot remember her name, but big thank you to her and Largo de Se for helping create a memorable night in Lisbon.

The studio suite with kitchenette is a practical if bare-bones apartment-style accommodation right in downtown Lisbon across from the cathedral. There are nice little decorative touches to add character. Service was really above and beyond, though. It was our first time travelling abroad with our baby son, and all of the staff bent over backwards to help us. Carrying our heavy luggage and stroller down narrow hallways, switching our room free of charge so that there would be more space for the crib, calling their family members to help us when our son got sick, and coming back in to help us call a taxi and move our luggage out even after their shifts had ended for the day. We couldn't have asked for better, more personalized, or attentive service.

My husband and I loved this hotel!! It was in a perfect location, very clean, awesome breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Theresa went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel at home. She gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Lisbon.
