Great value for money Close to subway and bus stop Great service

What I liked about the place was that the location was close to the mall. What I didn’t like was using the card to operate the elevator & turn on the power to our room

good location in Kista, new hotel, nive breakfast, ...

They only clean the room every 4 days. Apparently, you can request them to clean more frequently, but even though I made the request the room was never cleaned during my 4 day, 3 night stay.

The hotel itself is of a very simple and "block type" format. Room interior and overall appearance feels like the IKEA is all around us - but that's very usual all across the Scandinavia. most importantly - the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked everywhere, the room was pristine clean and service I received as really great - therefore there's absolutely nothing wrong I can say about the place. Location wise - again, depending on what you are after, I liked the bit of quietness of surrounding area - so could focus on work and relaxation once I finished. Strongly recommended for its cleanliness and customer service

Comfortable room but the heating had a mind of its own with the temperature going from hot to cold. Room cleaning has to be specifically requested every day. Chrome cast TV is good if you have chromecast but the standard tv picture kept breaking up every night I was there making it unwatchable. Breakfast was average.

Hotel is very new so everything is modern and clean. Room was a decent size, comfy bed and hot shower. Breakfast spread was as expected. As they are still very new there was no restaurant service. Other negatives... not very many tv channels and tv picture quality was poor: there is a Chromecast in every room which was great, but they weren’t working yet!! Other funny “feature” is that the floor numbers in the lift don’t correspond to the actual floors! Hopefully just a teething problem that will be sorted shortly.

nice room, simple and functional. The description of the room is not fully accurate in the page (I had two single beds instead of one double bed) The sounds of the corridor were not well isolated

Very comfortable and nice new hotel. I liked self chicken service and breakfast seating area. There is also laundry room for guests to use and game room.
