We always love staying at the Marriott hotels because you pretty much know what to expect. I was slightly disappointed with our stay- it took 4 phone calls to get all the proper bedding and supplies for the cribs we needed. It was thoughtful of them to give us a handicap room so we could have a bathtub for our infant twins.

Great hotel design and close to a fun downtown

Great new hotel with a very nice laid out bid comfortable room design. Only issue may be the lighting was a little dim for the whole room. The bottom line was it was also close walking distance to downtown and would love to stay there again!

Marriott property in Jackson Hole

Springhill Suites in Jackson Hole is one of my favorite places to stay in Jackson! Great location in town, so you can walk to town and restaurants. The staff is always helpful, courteous and kind! Free covered parking across the street or garage parking below the Hotel for $15, which is definitely worth it!

The hotel was just as expected, clean , and the staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was also provided which was a nice perk, I thought this amenity wasn’t being offered due to covid but to our surprise it was available. I recommend this location and plan to return. Parking : there’s a garage parking available across the street from the hotel. Not quite sure if it’s just for the market BUT you might want to inquire before paying the $15 parking nightly fee at the hotel.

Nice, newer hotel, good location. The Hotels.com description is misleading though. This property does not have a bar/restaurant on site.

Great location

Great location within walking distance of the town square and many restaurants. Hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs sausage, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, coffee, juice.
