Very beautiful hotel to stay, however if you don't have your own rental car, the experience of stay will be not enjoyable as the hotel shuttle a)is not that often and b)doesn't comes inside the alleyways leading to the rooms. And the distance between the rooms and reception for breakfast or other amenities in the hotel are quite far from each other with very uphill and downhill walk. Other than this very nice place to stay.

Everything. From booking to chdck in, the whole experience was terrible. Stay clear.

Great location, convenient use of the shuttle bus to get you around the village and to the beach. The pool and sun lounge area was great. We took advantage of a massage, spa facilities were amazing, though these are extra so don’t be ‘fooled’ by the spa in the hotel name thinking it’s included because it’s extra. A couple of things we didn’t really like was the breakfast was a bit of a let down in terms of continental, the fruit could have been better in terms of fresh fruit rather than tinned, also the service in the a la Carte, after we got our main we weren’t offered a dessert menu and just got left. Also the room was very big however lacked charm, we also heard a lot of noises in the early morning which sounded like some sort of creature which kept us up for an hour or so a couple of times

Nice location, comfortable, clean rooms, attentive staff.

Luxurious feel to the room and the whole resort. Very modern and clean. Loved the unique positioning of the apartment on top of the hill with fabulous views of the sea. There was a bus to take you up and down if you didn't fancy the walk. Breakfast food was varied and of excellent quality. Staff very friendly and ever so helpful. We particularly loved Maria who looked after us at breakfast pretty much every morning. We had a sharing pool which was great. Most days we had it for ourselves. The beach was within a walking distance or again a bus service was provided from the hotel to the beach throughout the day. Had a relaxing holiday and didn't want to leave!

Beautiful location and amazing rooms we really enjoyed our stay here

The hotel and staff were fantastic the only down side being that the hotel is at the top of the hill with reception about midway up the hill and rooms arranged in clusters to the top of the hill. On the plus side there was a very regular bus shuttling people up and down to both reception, the hotel main gate and also during the day the beach. The views from the top of the hill were amazing.

This hotel is set on the hills overlooking the ocean. We had a private pool room with sea views which was just perfect. The balcony and pool were large and spacious with two comfy beds and space to eat and relax outside. The room and bathroom were of a good size and super clean. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, some of the best I’ve seen compared to other 5* Hotels. The one evening we did eat at the hotel at Burger House was again excellent, service and food were top notch and the setting secluded within the trees with a sea view was again just perfect for a romantic dinner together. We cannot wait to return!
