I suppose a person gets used to having a coffee maker in the room. This did not have one so we really hoped to get our coffee at 6:00 am when the breakfast was supposed to start. I finally rang the bell around 6:40 as the breakfast room was still dark and no coffee. They had overslept. Coffee was then made but no continental breakfast was ever provided. Not a huge deal but just don't advertise it and then not provide anything. Everything else was fine.

Old, needs updating. Had to wake attendant to make more coffee who came out to do so barefoot and in her pajamas.

Stay somewhere else where they have an ice machine and the rooms are larger and the hotel is removed from the noisy highway

Great value

Customer service was good. Clerk was very respectful and got us checked in quickly. The room was adequate and had all necessities as you would expect from an independently owned hotel vs the common big name franchises. I would recommend this establishment as it is reasonably priced and not far from local restaurants and convenience stores.

No hot water + no breakfast = we won't be back

Overall our stay was disappointing. Check-in was fine, the location is good, the facility is dated, but acceptable for a quick stop. However, a couple of things were less than desirable. First, our room had no hot water. Second, both the website and their giant billboard advertise this hotel includes free breakfast. Actually, no breakfast was available. Further, there weren't any employees we could find to answer any questions.
