Great location, easy access to/from airport. Clean facility. My only complaint was that they are strict on check in time. They asked for estimated arrival time so they can “prepare for your arrival”. However, if you arrived early, you still can’t check in even if there were available beds (and there were because I checked). When you just arrived tired from an 16hr flight from the states, you just want to sleep for a few hours and I arrived at 10am. Even though their check in was not until 3pm, most places will let you check in if they have available rooms/beds. I understand check in time is 3pm but most hostels and hotels all around the world will let you check in if they have available room. Again, why bother asking for ETA from guests when you are strict on your check in time? Also, please note that reception closes around 6pm so you cannot check in late either. Lobby was not comfortable to sit and rest for a few hours. Other than that, staff was nice and rooms/bathrooms were very clean.

I loved how even though it was shared accomodation there was still privacy. The staff were absolutely amazing

The staffs are friendly but the bunk bed air circulation is poor. Bathroom facilities are poor.

The place was disgusting and the smell is unbearable. The manager of the place was rude and was not accommodating. I asked for a room with wheelchair access yet I was given a room with bunk beds. I also asked for a room with a bathroom I was then given a room with shared bathroom. I also asked before arriving and confirmed yet none of my requirements were met. When arriving I saw the state and asked for my money back yet they refused. Instead I told the manager to at least pay for a taxi to the nearest hotel yet they refused and wanted me to sign a paper revoking all my rights which was unheard of. This was actually a brothel and I only noticed upon arrival. I highly do not recommend and would never book here or in Expedia ever again.

It was an horrible place because it was like a coffin that had no fresh air, smelly & the bathrooms were to few and not so clean plus it made ac horrible noise all night long : (
