Very accommodating, feels very safe, clean and beautiful aesthetics!

A little slice of paradise. This property is even better than it looks in pictures. Right from when you walk into the lobby you’re taken by the vibe of the hotel and it’s gorgeous decor. Check in was very fast and they are so friendly. The lobby opens right out to the pool that was clean and open 24 hours. We only stayed one night, but it was a great one! The only down side was the gravel to the rooms made it difficult to wheel your suitcase, but the staff was always more than happy to help us carry them. We would definitely stay again. P.S. take the recommendations for restaurants very seriously! She suggested two places and they were the best meals that we had in Tulum!

We stayed in a very cute room. Actually two rooms. One was a kitchen/living room/dining area which all we actually used was the little frig. The other room was a bed and then the bathroom was thru a door to the outside. The only thing I didn’t care for was we had a problem with ants but we let the staff know and they took care of it quickly. We enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly and great. We would stay there again.

Absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and the extra room that they provide you is an added bonus, especially if you are traveling with a few people. In addition, the property and staff is amazing too! Our family loved our stay so much that we are already planning our next visit.

Its a super cute place ! and is not in the main tulum area but just 10 min away, for sure you will need a car but other than that is a clean place, great and friendly staff, super cozy and private, i had a great experience, very satisfied :)

Would NOT recommend. During our four night stay we encountered no air conditioning, no power/electricity and no running water. They moved us into the Villa while they were fixing the AC in our rooms and the Villa had clearly not been cleaned - towels on floor, dishes in sink, food in fridge, dead cockroaches on the floor. We had people coming in/out of the Villa at their leisure - HUGE SAFETY CONCERN - especially for three women traveling in a foreign country. The atmosphere of Una Vida is quite lovely, however, their facilities and amenities completely ruined our experience. I would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else. And don't be fooled, they do not have cocktails and/or mixologists on site!

Beautiful space, the interior design was well thought out. I felt very calm staying there. We had a private dinner there for a birthday party and it was perfect. I highly recommend staying there.
