Disappointed

We have family in the area and stay at this property from time to time. This trip was a disappointment. First, the pillows are horrible. They are so thin and mushy, you might as well not have one. Second, there was no hot water in the shower. I talked to the front desk and they said that the hotel is full and I needed to let the water run for 15 mins first. I tried that and she said oh, sorry. I had to sponge bathe. I shouldn't have to do that at a Hilton propery.

We had to change rooms because the original room we were in was so incredibly loud due to multiple mechanical units directly outside of our window (front of hotel/2nd floor). We were then move almost directly above our original room to the 3rd floor which was at least above the mechanicals so not quite as loud. We were there for 4 nights. We didn't need our room to be serviced, we can empty our cans and make our bed, but definitely needed towels. We asked for them at the front desk in the morning and had to go and seek them out ourselves in the evening. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Pillows horrible. Food was great. Restaurant staff was friendly and great. Desk staff rarely spoke unless spoken to first with the exception of 2 staff members.

Had a lovely experience staying here. Fun, vibrant, spacious lobby with fireplace and bar. Very comfortable king-sized room with wonderful bed / pillows. Staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall everything was great, the staff were amazing and friendly. Specially when we got caught in the snow storm this past weekend. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and cooked on the spot. The chef on Friday morning took extra time and made my daughter a pancake in the shape of a heart which made her so excited and happy. I highly recommend this hotel and thank everyone for the hospitality and service !!! Jose A Soto
