No hot water for showers, drains in room did not drain, vent fan in bathroom was filled with dust/grime, toilet bowl leaked gross water every time we flushed, beds are very uncomfortable, breakfast didn’t have much variety.

Spent $92 for a one night stay. The hotel lost my reservation at first, took forever to find it. Finally get to my room and unloaded the car. When I went to take a shower there was a bug on the shower curtain and no water pressure. Didn’t really even want to take a shower because there was no way to feel clean with the condition of the bathroom.

It was good beds are comfortable and rooms were clean there was a few choices for there breakfast overall not a bad place to stay

The room was a small suite so the beds were in the L part of the room so that was nice. HOWEVER, we had ants on the TV Stand and sink. I was told "oh, it's Iowa." Not good.

The property appeared to be recently redone and was appealing throughout. Our only issue - is the room that we were checked into had been smoked in - so they left the window open to air it out - and the 90 degree air came in - so it was hot and smelly. They moved us to anther room. My kids checked into another room - which has such a noisy air unit - that they had to be moved into another room on another floor. So we were taken care of in the end - but our first room's were not satisfactory. They were very friendly and apologetic - and our stay ended up being decent in the end.

Very nice and clean. Very friendly people. It was close to people I was visiting.

Easy check in. Plenty of parking for recreational vehicles in town. Owner was very help to find us a parking spot for our truck and boat.

Pool room could use some work. The door was broken and the pool room was cold. $5 extra per guest to swim was a bit pricey.

I used to stay here a few years ago when it was Motel 60

When we reserved the rooms and we called ahead and we were told they had a indoor heated pool. We got there and they just then turned on the heat to the pool. So i was never able to get in because of how cold the water was for the 2 days we stayed. Our rags and hand towels were so stained it looked like they were used to clean oil. Busted outlets some didnt even work. The bathtub had a break on the wall and the tub was so dirty we didnt shower. The second day we had to go get wash rags because they only left 1 for 3 people. They didnt even finish making our bed the second day. You could tell they had not vacumed because there was a piece of plastic and a big toe nail on the floor. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The grout was coming apart in between the tiles and tub. We would have stayed else where if we had not come to town for a funeral with several family members. We rented 3 rooms and there were problems in each room. Other family members rented rooms and had problems as well. In my in laws room the beds were never made. The stairs were dark and the light was flickering. No elevator. The rooms were cold because the heat was off in all the rooms and it was in the 30s there. Ill add photos
