Hotels.com said check in was at 3, but upon arrival, the hotel said check in time was 4p, therefore we had to wait. Room was tidy but not very clean. Black mold was visible in the shower. Shower door did not close completely. Toilet paper holder was broken and dangling from the wall. All metal areas in bathroom were rusty.

Getaway

Nice hotel. Friendly. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was descent. Close to downtown area walking distance. I had no issues whatsoever at this hotel.

Really nice place

Everything was amazing. The location was great the room was clean and roomy for our family of 5. The beds were extremely firm and not comfortable at all. Such a small fix would make this hotel Ahmazing because everything else was great.

Let me start with what I loved, the pool and jacuzzi. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi is large so if other people are there you don’t feel cramped. Also, pool closes at 10 but nobody came to kick us out so we stayed in jacuzzi until midnight. It was so nice to soak in jacuzzi after long day! Breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Rooms are large and spacious although our bed was not very comfortable. I think it was old. If felt lumpy. We stayed in assessable room. When we got there, there was garbage still in the garbage cans and only one roll of toilet paper in the shelf. The place next to toilet, where toilet paper goes, was empty. The worst part of bathroom was the shower. The water came out in a little spray. There was very little pressure from the shower head. The hand held shower head did not work at all which sucks because we needed it to shower our daughter who uses a wheelchair. Also, the air conditioner did not work very well. Cold air came out but not strong enough to cool down the room. So room was always hot and stuffy. It made sleeping at night uncomfortable. Last, the parking was difficult. There were very few handicap parking spaces available. Staff is very friendly. When I checked out I let them know my complaints and they comped me my parking. I was grateful for that. Overall, if the price is good, I will stay here again.

We will be back.

Overall. Family liked the hotel and breakfast choices. Probably will stay there when we are in the area because the rooms are comfortable and a great size. Beds are ok, parking fee is nefarious.

Reservation made in advance, dropped off luggage morning of stay before check-in and went to an all day event. Returned to hotel after midnight, exhausted, was told the room was now UNAVAILABLE. Not acceptable.

I made reservations and also paid for booking protection but when we got there there was no room for us. Late at night we were ushered to another hotel and it didn’t have the same amenities that I wanted. Bed was too uncomfortable. Not satisfied with either locations.

Highly Recommend!

Really nice and comfortable hotel. Updated, newer hotel w/ great pool area and workout room. Rooms are spacious and have quality features and nice decor. I liked being able to actually open a window for fresh air, which is not always available in hotels these days..

Wonderful staff-from housekeeping to front desk staff. Great attitude very helpful. Outside pool area needs some minor updating: cushions of seating area and minor ground keeping debris that needs attention. There is No housekeeping unless requested 24 hours in advance. You can request anything and it is brought up to your room immediately. I feel that even though they are severely understaffed (house keeping) the employees are providing an excellent experience. Good breakfast (breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, yogurt, etc..). Nice pool area with other kid friendly activities like checkers, Jenga, and ping pong. Will stay again.
