Beautiful place, clean and with design. Patio is the best.

We had an amazing time at the Mermaid House. Excellent hosts and a cozy room with Netflix. Also loved using the bikes to get to the local bakery. Very close to the main part of town.

Warm and welcoming hosts. Conveniently located within about a five minute walk to the harbour so no need to take your car into Town. The “Georgian”suite where we stayed for three nights was very well thought out/designed and beautifully decorated with attention to detail and many special touches throughout. It was exceptionally clean, spacious with many windows, a gorgeous solid King sized bed, large dresser and night tables, several comfortable chairs, a small table and chair set and bar fridge. The large bathroom has a separate tub and open stone shower. It has an expansive private covered deck with several seating options. It has many amenities including free wi-fi and Netflix and bikes and an outside covered common kitchenette space. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend these accommodations!

Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable!! They surprised us with champagne for our honeymoon and made our stay extremely comfortable and inviting! Beautiful, clean facility in a gorgeous setting. HIGHLY recommend!!

Bit of a premium price, but the space was absolutely lovely (the pictures didn't do it justice) & the owners were delightful. Quiet and relaxing spot a short walk from the main town of Tobermory - my partner and I had a wonderful stay.

Very clean. We stayed in upstairs suite of the guest house. Easy check in. If you require high privacy in the bathroom this suite might not be for you as the top of the room is open to the rest of the suite. Adequate parking. Close to "downtown" tobermory

We had a wonderful stay here! Our room was spotless and cozy! Janet is an absolute delight to talk to! She is very cheerful and hospitable! She guided us on what all activities we can do around town and was a big help! I would like to point out this one incident - We planned to hike from little cove to Grotto (since Grotto parking was full) and after hiking for about 20 kms (almost 7 hrs) when we reached the highway, we couldn’t find a taxi to take us back to the Little cove parking! We couldn’t have walked so far as it would take us another 3 hrs to get to the parking via highway and we couldn’t hike back as it was already past daylight. We called Janet and asked her if she can pick us up and take us to the little cove parking (we thought she would be busy or might not able to come) but to our surprise, she came to pick us up within 5 min without asking much questions or anything! Rather she was concerned if we had eaten anything and suggested us the amazing Pizza box just near to the Guest house! She took us to the parking lot from where we took the car and came back to our Room! After such a tiring day (the hike was super difficult btw!), we were glad we stayed at this place with a super host who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! We would definitely recommend this place and would only stay here whenever we visit Tobermory! :)

we love being in this place, every corner of the house has beautiful details that make this a unique house! The place is very quiet and perfect to connect with nature, without a doubt we will return, they even received my dog ​​with some nice treats in the room
