Cold shower

The show was terrible . No how water and the water that came out the shower head was sad .

Clean but noisy

I checked in around 10 pm. The hotel check in was good. You do have to walk a good distance with your bags to get from car to hotel. The room was clean. I expected some noise in the middle of the night as it’s a casino what I did not expect was a man loudly knocking on a couple of doors at 8 am to wake his buddies up. Housekeeping started knocking on doors around nine. I did not get a good nights sleep. I was on the 4th floor. Also I know it’s more eco friendly not to have the coffee lid but I need it when traveling. I spilt it just trying to get on the elevator. I almost walked to car to get my mug but again parking was a distance. If you luck out and have considerate other guest you will be fine. I had expected to sleep in until 10 as I was just there one night. This hotel is not near others so as a female I would not feel comfortable walking between here and the strip.

Palace Casino

I loved staying at the Palace Casino. It was not as crowded as all of the other resorts.I loved that it was smoke free, ]but they provided a smoking lounge for smokers. I experienced great customer service from most the employees. Samantha at the front desk was amazing and helped us get exactly what we wanted. We absolutely loved our rooms. They were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only minor problem was the view from our room on the 4th floor. I think you have to stay on the 5th floor and above to have a good view. We also liked Stacked Grill, the Buffet and the Cafe. Overall, we loved it and did not want to leave.

My stay at the Palace was great. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I called to the front desk for an extra blanket and they brought it within 5 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant when we checked in. I will definitely stay there again

Really good stay, bathroom was only issue.

The room was very clean. The view was awesome. I had only one complaint, the bathroom sink did not drain well. As soon as the water was turned on, the sink would feel up fast. This was a problem everytime we washed hands or when I shaved. I actually booked two rooms (one for my mother-in-law), and some backage drained into her tub.
