Room was so small you could not open the door all the way, it hit the bed. To get to breakfast you needed to go up and down multiple stairways to find your way. We ended up going outside and back in to the other side of hotel to get to it

The rooms are a little small. And the bathrooms are small as well.

Excellent Hotel, excellent location, walking distance for all attractions in Ruedesheim. Room and bed comfortable hotel had excellent swimming pool and spa. Will return in not too distant future.

Despite booking a superior room i.e. -a room overlooking the river, we were allocated a side room with no double bed that was booked. We moved then to one with no hot water and again, no double bed. The following night we were then allocated a room with a balcony and double bed ! It seems as though rooms booked through booking agencies are allocated 2nd quality. A very busy train line is between the river and hotel with noisy goods trains running through the night.

If you want to hear trains going in front of you room 24/7, stay here. No air conditioning, had to leave window's open, we heard the train all night long, The tracks are 50 feet in front of the hotel. We wondered why we had 2 pairs of earplugs on our pillows. Not the friendliest staff, and no parking. If you want to park your car, the hotel charges you an additional $10 Euro a day, with a 10 minute walk to the lot. I would not recommend this hotel. The buffet breakfast was good, and it was included.

Nice hotel but try to get a room away from the rail tracks.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff in the perfect position in Rüdesheim. Just yards from the iconic Dröselgaße and boat trips on the Rhine. Excellent breakfast.

Very close to many great restaurants, shopping.train station and boat piers Are short walk away. Hotel has great breakfast in dining room And small bar in lobby . Rooms are very clean. They have nice indoor pool. You do have train noise in rooms close to front of Hotel but not to bad.

Great riverside hotel with balconies overlooking the Rhine. 24 hr bar and food service. A wonderful full breakfast was included with the room price. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Perfect location to walk to the wine museum and get to the gondola chairlift up to the monument. The town is a perfect stopping point for exploring the castles and medieval towns along the Middle Rhine.
