This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. From the numerous pools, daybeds on the beach, or our hot tub overlooking the ocean front, there was no bad view in sight. The staff goes above and beyond and made our stay so enjoyable. Special thank you to Mario and Christian at Saltwater. Their hospitality was top notch! We look forward to returning soon!

We've been to 3 Zoetry Resorts, along with a Dreams & Sunscape property too - but this one was the best so far! The location is great, the food was delicious and the bar staff was the best in the world! So relaxing, not that many people but top notch hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

We booked a king bed ocean front. We got two double beds and ocean front, and was told it would be only for one night. Never happened and one of the double beds was really comfortable, and the other was really really uncomfortable, completely different. Hard and lumpy. The staff simply just said sorry and that was it. Then continued to try and get us to do a 90 minute session every time we walked by them. Golf. Massage. Excursion. Etc. Not happy about how they treated us and never provided us another option or compensation for our poor situation. I personally had horrible sleep night after night. It really affected my entire stay.

I loved the people Freddy was great and lots of help There was a lot of construction which is fine but should be conveyed to the customer prior to visit also not conveyed that you cannot go into the water on the beach. Also the COVID 19 protocols were not properly informed to us or at all what we needed to do for return testing

Disappointed

It was extremely disappointing to find out once there that the beach was non-swimable and their lunch and dinner menu was very limited and not so good. Breakfast was the only good meal. Place is beautiful, room is great but I would not stay there again.

Casa del Mar is a small resort that captures a true Mexican style vacation! The unique old world Spanish architecture, rooms with fabulous ocean views and the excellent service provided by the resort staff all add up to a unique visit!
