Simple but suitable

The stay was absolutely fine (only for work not a holiday). Rooms were clean and spacious and the members of staff I met were lovely and helpful! Only thing I’d say is they need to make it a bit clearer they allow dogs in the hotel.

Very pleasant staff, very friendly and help full best fish and chips very quiet area though ,can imagine in the summer it is very beautiful big garden on back of hotel a bit more life down stairs would be nice 🤗

Above and beyond

The stay was perfect really comfy bed excellent service from all staff .food was beautiful .both Ian and his brother both went out of their way for us even to the point of taking and picking us up from Brecon . definitely book again

Great find will visit again.

Positive. Ian, Monty and Helen were amazing. Very friendly and were around all the time to help with any queries. The room was large and well set out. Negative. Monies were taken on my account 7 days prior to booking. Yep my conformation stated it woukd be taken on arrival or departure. Our last night was not the greatest as one if the owners Ray i believed decided to have his own party with singing etc up till 12.15 on a Sunday night. My partner had to go up and have words. This was really unfortunate as the actual staff were brilliant.

Amazing! Will be going back

This hotel was amazing! The staff we dealt with were amazingly friendly and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept and they even went out to buy us vegan milk and food for breakfast - amazing!

Fair accommodation, friendly staff Some damage to the room; Tv had a damaged screen, lamp shade broken Blind had no cord to pull it up Loads of tea and coffee supplies in the room Breakfast is cereal and or toast

The plumbing was really noisy, which put me off having a late night or early morning shower, otherwise it would have disturbed the other guests. Also, strangely there was no hand soap in the bathroom. But the staff were wonderful and it was a very friendly place.
