Great food great beds great host the best I would highly recommend it

We had a very friendly visit, breakfast was delicious, all very well organized. Just what we needed. The decor was a little dated, but suited the character.

Great location for exploring the Lincolnshire wolds. Irene is a wonderful host and I’d highly recommend staying at this property.

Where to begin.. what a fantastic and lovely place to stay. As a single woman, staying alone in a new place can be daunting. This definitely wasn’t the case. The minute I arrived Irene was so welcoming and it was like a home from home with nothing being too much trouble! Her stories and general personality made my stay, what a lovely lady! The food was fantastic and Irene catered for my vegetarian needs, even when she wasn’t expecting too! The room was clean, tidy and well equiped alongside a beautiful view. Parking was easy and finding the accommodation was just as simple too! The wifi was also good. However I must say my favourite part of my stay was the warm welcome I received from Foxy!

Landlady (Irene) was absolutely a star, nothing was too much for her, accommodating (breakfast at 6am). Very welcoming and views over the fields are great.

Only stayed one night due to business. Irene is a fantastic hostess and very helpful. The bed was soft, clean and comfy and the full English breakfast was lovely too. It was easy to find with ample off road parking. The only negative was that the decor was slightly dated, ( I have stayed in far, FAR worse!!!) but the price, practicality and helpfulness of Irene outshone this trivial matter. Clean, comfortable, welcoming and a great breakfast! What more do you need???
