Una pobreza de hotel con pésimo servicio. No hay un mínimo de toallas, los cuartos medianamente limpios, no hay teléfono en la habitación, te entregan un control para el televisor del siglo pasado

I arrived only to find out that the person who was also to accompany me had to cancel his trip due to Covid-19 & Pregnancy complication of his daughter in Law. Once checked in, I immediately discovered that the Hotel & it's operating staff were completely incompetent in all areas of Hotel Management. Los Jitos Hotel & Suites did NOT have internet or a Wi-Fi Signal, that would've allowed me to immediately cancel Mr. Jose H. Enriquez's reservations. There was no TV signal as well. The A/C & Toilet did work well. Overall, I give it a -1 Hotel rating. I'd NEVER stay there again, not even as a gift.

Another good stay. The hotel is a bit dated but we enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

Clean quiet comfortable

clean and close to the marina and plenty of things to do and eat.

Overall it was okay. The rooms where clean and specious. The biggest drawback was the noise. Our room was on the 2nd floor just below the pool area and there was a lot of doors banging and kids making noise and running up and down the hall right outside of our door. Making for a very noisy night.

ok for the price outside needs to be cleaned up with paint act.

My family and I had a blast. This was our first stay at this hotel, and after staying at a few other more expensive hotels this was a friendly surprise. Although it was a short stay only 3 days and 2 nights the pools were well maintained and the slides made it even more enjoyable for the family. We went during the weekday so we pleasantly enjoyed a quiet stay at this hotel. Definitely would like to stay here again. And we expect the same experience going forward.

This is a nice clean inexpensive hotel that is pet friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. We had a 2 queen bed room with refrigerator, microwave and small kitchen. Great for overnight or a weekend stay. As a bonus if traveling with children there is a large outdoor pool area on the roof, three pools one with water slides. There are tables etc to eat and a nice view of the water. Also lots of nice restaurants close by.

There is a lot of trash in the parking area of this hotel, which looks really bad.
