The hotel is in the city centre and the room is very spacious. The room is very clean. The only downside is the wall cabinets above the kitchen sink the cabinet is at a very awkward height and I hit my head a few times

Overall the apartment was very good. Comfortable beds, Good linens. Clean room. Secure.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable. Slightly thin walls makes it easy to hear sounds from nearby rooms. That said, super convenient location and would stay again.

An excellent position in Baixa, with easy access to trams and metro if required. The studio was spacious, although getting a little tired around the edges

Booked the hotel as it was advertised with a lift. The lift is at the top of 20 stairs, which was hard on our 90-year old travel mate. We did arrive early on check-in day to leave our luggage, which they gladly accepted. The young woman in the office also got us checked in early, so we could go out and enjoy the sites w/o having to get back to the hotel by a certain time. The 2 rooms have only enough dishes for 3 people for 1 meal, so you are constantly having to wash something. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but no washcloths were provided. The building is old and refurbished but the rooms are nice enough. The street is very quiet and there was never an issue of outside noise disturbing us. After 2 nights someone came in to empty the trash and put out fresh towels. The dirty dishes weren't touched and the beds weren't made, so you should understand this is basically a no-housekeeping type of accommodation. Very close to the metro station, and the Santa Justa lift and Rossia square are within walking distance. Streetcar 28 stops at the corner and runs up past the cathedral and near the Castelo de Sao Jorge. Not a bad option for the price in central Lisbon.
