Excelente hotel, servicio, etc, si pudiera dejar 10 estrellas las dejaría, especialmente para Carla que me ayudo tanto, Silvano que me llevaba el desayuno siempre a la habitación y Karen que también nos ayudó! Sin duda alguna volveremos. Sígueme en ig @lulyy7

The staff if 5/5. Definitely an exceptional experience. Only 12 rooms or so, villas right on the beach. The small restaurant is very local and you talk with the chef, he can make you anything you want. It’s like having a personal chef and bartender at all times.

By far the most amazing stay with approachable and attentive staff. Plan on returning my next time in Tulum!

This resort was absolutely amazing! I have nothing bad to say. The staff went over and beyond with service, the rooms were cleaned head to toe daily, the food was excellent and the beach was breathtaking. I give this a 10 star if it were available.

If you are booking this hotel b/c it advertises free (loving donation) morning and evening yoga classes, be sure to check and see if there will be a yoga retreat while you are there since no classes are offered during yoga retreats (and hotel guests can't attend retreat classes). I was very disappointed that no yoga classes were offered during the 4 nights we were there. I was allowed to use the yoga space to practice on my own when the retreat folks weren't having class (they only had 2 classes a day), and I did that twice but it was awkward b/c retreat attendees' equipment was strewn about; it definitely felt like I was intruding. I also practiced by myself on the beach (which is what I often do at home when I do not have class), but the Tulum beach sand is very fine and it was very windy while I was there (I think that's pretty typical), which is less than ideal for yoga. The beach is absolutely beautiful though-- no question about that!! (but this applies to the entire beach of Tulum, and not this hotel in particular). Given the yoga situation, and the leaky roof, we won't be staying here again.

Olonzo, Karen & Enrique were all very hospitable. They were very welcoming and efficient We will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing from the service to the location. I can’t say enough about this place.

Loved the Alaya! The staff and service was phenomenal and the location was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The yoga experience also topped it off.
