Very helpful staff most speak english.

The room smelled funny and felt humid. I was in a hurry and I didn’t have time to ask for another room, so I got ready quick and left. I did open the window and turned the fan on when I left. When I got back, it wasn’t as bad.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Location of hotel is convenient. Its clean but could use detail room in room.

Great stay, very clean, loved the staff and the food from the restaurant was absolutely a plus!!

No air, the ceiling fan was not enough. The bathroom was very small.

It is a new hotel right next to the San Miguel de Allende bus station. The property is nice and very safe. It is a pity it does not have a swimming pool. They should offer something special. It looks very bland and impersonal.

The rooms were nice and clean, friendly staff, not too far from downtown. Overall a great experience!

I had a great time traveling by myself in in San Miguel de Allende and this hotel was perfect. While location is not ideal (about a 20 minute walk to city center) the walk was fine in the mornings and at night I took cabs back (US$2.5 or about 50MEX pesos). I mostly used my room as a "dormitory" because I was out most of the day. By the time I came back I really just slept. They have a good restaurant downstairs, and at night time there's a taco place across the street that sells deliciously authentic and super cheap eats.

The hotel serve it purpose to get a good night sleep . I have stay there years ago. Years ago it was in much better conditions. Not that's is not in bad condition but it can use an upgrade
