Excellent relaxing n relief.

Lots of trash cNs very convenient. Beds very clean n comfortable. More then one blanket. Plenty of towels. Frige microwave nice size tv. Coffee n great people at front desk. People friendly. I give it a 10.

This Quality Inn room that I stayed in was clean, fresh, and everything worked. No problems here. I arrived late but no problem. Was not rushed when I overslept and went a little past the checkout time. A great experience! They also appeared to be perfectly okay with me being a transgender woman. So kudos for that as well!

Nothing at all... The beds were dirty with hair and just nastiness on them. The tubs had black mold growing and there was filthy dust on everything.

Disgusting Hotel/Very Poor Management

Upon arriving in our room, The inside of the door was filthy and there were several spider webs in the room. Approximately 30 minutes into our stay my son saw a roach come crawling out from under the alarm clock which we killed and flushed down the toilet. That got us to looking around and that’s when we noticed a couple of bugs crawling around on the pillows. When you take each of those things into consideration and add to it, the “stuff” running down the back of the bathroom door and the mold in the shower, my husband said he was going to the front desk and address the issues with the desk clerk. I did not go down to the office but it is my understanding that two other rooms were shown to him and they were just as bad or worse than the room we were in so we requested a refund. The clerk stated that he could not do a refund that we would have to go back to whom we had booked the room through so I called customer service for Hotels.com and spoke with Venus who called Quality Inn directly and was told they were not giving us a refund. I then called the hotel and was told the same thing but when I informed the clerk that I had photos he gave me an email address to write and send them to. I sent the email with photos attached and am yet to receive even an acknowledgment from them.
