Very clean room and a super welcoming receptionist the night I checked in! I would go back to that hotel just so I can be greeted with the same extraordinarily cheerful way I was greeted.

The room were pretty nice and pretty clean and the staff were friendly.

Desk only staffed part time. Wify had to be continually renewed.

I believe University Inn is in the midst of updating its rooms, which is great. The price is right and my room was clean, comfortable and definitely updated to look more like a room at W's Aloft. The negative is that the check-in process is entirely analog and took forever. With 3 of us trying to check in under one reservation at 10:15 pm when the only open restaurant (due to COVID) was blocks away and closed at 11 pm . . . the check-in attendant made no accommodations to cut us any slack. We each had to manually fill out a form with full signatures in four places to confirm we wouldn't lose the old-fashioned key, bring pets into the room, use cigarettes or vape, on and on. All of this could have easily been handled electronically and it made the entire experience frustrating and unncessary.

They are still remodeling this hotel. The room I got was already remodeled, but there were still a few things that didn't get replaced which it was a big deal for me. Having 2 king size beds, a bunk bed, the kitchenette and the eating area was best part. By cooking at the hotel, we save some money and didn't have to eat all junk food. The staff were really nice and helpful.

In some room, the refrigerator is really smoll, maybe they need change, in same room no have table and chair for dinner inside room etc.

I tried canceling my reservation due to Covid19 and was denied. Terrible customer service.

Received a recently renovated room. Room was nice but smelled like fresh paint. Much of the hotel is still under renovation. A truck dropped off a large roll-off construction dumpster at 5:00 a.m. and woke me up. I'm a sound sleeper so it was super loud. Didn't get the wifi password on check in. When I called the next morning the person that answered the phone didn't know it and I had to wait awhile to get it.

The bathroom is small the tv cable do not have any Spanish channel
