Upon entering our room we were met with the strong scent of Fabuloso (cleaning product), not my favorite scent, but I assumed the room was clean...everything was okay until I entered the bathroom where I found it was pretty dirty, especially the shower area where on the ledge that you’d put your razor/shampoo, whatever, was gross. The last guy’s hair left behind from shaving all over, nasty old soap all over, it was gross. Other than that, we never really interacted much with the front desk as we were there for one night. Didn’t eat the food in their restaurant, but it looked and smelled delicious. Overall, fine experience, just a shabby place with an overall vibe that could be so awesome with the gorgeous art in their walls. Bedroom was very large with 3 queen beds plus a round kitchen table with 4 chairs for eating meals/card playing. If you’re looking for a a “nice” place, keep looking. If you’re in a budget and $115 USD doesn’t sound too bad, rent the room and make them clean the shower!

Cute clean little hotel.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jose. The hotel shows its age but the room was clean and good size. The room was cleaned everyday. For the price, you can't go wrong. I'm a light sleeper but I did not have any issues with the noise. We were in room 6 on the main floor. Breakfast was delicious if you like authentic Mexican experience. Too bad the swimming pool was too cold that my 3yrs old daughter could not swim in. Remember to tip the staff if you are happy with the service.

The property looked like it had a good potential before but it looks like the hotel owner has lost the interest in bringing more customers. The property needs major renovation especially in their bathrooms. And More training for the front desk personnel as well. I had a high anticipation for the restaurant downstairs but I had never once seen a customer or waiter but only the cooks. So sad.

I was skeptical about this place, but our entire stay was wonderful. It’s walking distance to Akki supermarket and many restaurants. The staff there was friendly and restaurant was really good. I enjoyed their free amenities such as breakfast, bikes, WiFi, fridge, and A/c. Breakfast was amazing. My spouse took advantage of free bikes. Their WiFi was pretty slow, but expect that with every hotel in Tulum. I would stay here again!

The ambience here is peaceful. The hotel is right off the main road and close to lots of great stores. We stayed here for 4 days and we’d stay here again next time we visit!
