Great location - marktplatz! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was summer and they had a fan (which was great!)

The property is in an excellent location, clean and well priced. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is not anything fancy but it has a fabulous location to explore Heidelberg. It is located right off of the platz. The furnishings could use an update but everything was clean. It was a bit of a squeeze for our family of four when it came to sleeping. However, the service was great. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very central for the old town and perfect for my work trip. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious room and all very clean, plenty of hot water.

Great stay overall. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Best location you can find. Only issue was our room was a bit noisy, but that stopped later in the night.

Not a handicap friendly hotel. No lifts had carry heavy suitcases up long curved stair case . I am 80 years old.
