This hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe. The security desk checks temperatures of all guests checking in before allowing them to go to the lobby. Elevators need to be accessed with a room key to go to any floor but the lobby. The standard king room was nicely decorated and quite roomy for a midtown Manhattan hotel. It was very clean. The shower has a frosted glass wall that looked into the room, but has a privacy curtain that you can roll down. There is a rainfall showerhead and a hose that you can use handheld or on the wall. The door to the bathroom is a frosted glass barn door. Our room was next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear it at all. The smart TV can be controlled with the remote or with your phone. We were not able to enjoy all amenities-- restaurants and the terrace were closed. Valet parking is not available due to COVID, so we were sent a few blocks away to self-park. Unfortunately, the garage that the hotel uses was full, so we had to find another garage ourselves and were unable to get the discount. The location is convenient to so many things. Bring your walking shoes, and you can walk anywhere! We are planning to stay here on our next NYC adventure. Maybe we'll splurge and get a room with a view of the Empire State Building! We couldn't see much from the 8th floor.

We were looking for a comfortable romantic stay but it turned out to be not so good. Maintance of the hotel zero. Cleanliness terrible. Towels and carpets are torned out. Lights were not working properly in the room. No complementary water is given. No bathrobes or slippers. No coffee only tea. No roomCleaning.

Pleasant and personable staff- awesome shower and comfortable beds .

It’s was a nice stay although , tv wasn’t functioning on any channels . The ceiling was not the same as pictures shown along with a side wall .

The hotel is very nice. New York was even worse than ever. Post-apocalyptic.

Staff was amazing.. no microwave in room.. you can’t dine in any of the restaurants.. so be prepared to walk and eat, or use Uber eats, door dash.. our view was beautiful, room clean, tentative staff. 😍 we stayed in the king size bed, none smoking room, with sky line view

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the stay. The view from the room was gorgeous. It is very close to Macy’s, and within walking distance to Korean restaurants and Hudson Yards. Room was very clean and neat. Will definitely return for another stay.
