Clean and quiet

We stayed in this property twice by mistake. The first time we didn't have wifi on & off all the time, the front desk keep saying that will be fixed and never did. The second time we did a reservation by mistake in that hotel, we wanted to cancel it, couldn't " hotel policy". We were forced to stay there "obviously", so the check-in, was ok until I get to the room, and the fire alarm was on, need a new battery, plus again no wi-fi. We do not recommend this hotel, horrible staff.Horrible service

Place is getting old, there were a couple of small holes in bathroom wall. Sheet had burn holes in it which is weird for a no smoking place. Carpet was wet in a couple of areas. Stopper was gone from tub. Ive stayed here a half dozen times but will look around a bit. They also have a 5.50$ fee or charge which I had never heard of though the guy insisted they had been applying it for a while.

There were at least 2 incidents while I was staying there, right in the parking lot. Fortunately the police were patrolling, as they probably do regularly. I felt kind of safe but the motel wasn’t in a very nice area

Gooooood

Awesome, the only issue we had was where the microwave was the plug was pushed in and there were stains on the wall and a burnt hole in the sheet, other than that, staff was friendly and great place to stay in Chula Vista

Todo en el hotel estuvo bien. Lo que estuvo mal fue que hice un cambio de reservacion en fechas y al parecer expedia por lo que me dijo personal del Hotel no les paso los cambios y mi reservacion aparecia camcelada con ellos. Al final se portaron muy bien investigando y mientras aclaraban la situacion me dieron la noche sin cargo alguno. En general el hotel aunque pequeño bien y cumple con lo requerido para dormir bien
