Good location badly kept hotel.

The room we stood in was very very fun down. Everywhere you looked was cracked or something was falling off. It’s a shame such great hotel and location and horribly kept. It was clean but holes in furniture and the furniture were cracked and up kept. We didn’t have a remote and requested one but it didn’t come until our check out time.

Hotel rooms need update . Bathrooms need attention. Room by the pool and ocean was great. Music pumping . Otherwise was pretty good.

Great for the price

very good always friendly, always available, easy to go for a last min outing with family. if you don't know what to do with kids or family this is a good option. One night stay available and a life saver for last min date plans, special occasions. Night view is impressive and has a nice dock and sitting area. Overlooking the Tampa lights, water and sky.

Not worth it

The hotel overall was not worth the price per night. The room smelled like smoke and I switched it three times and all of them smelled like smoke. The bathroom was also very dirty, I showered with my slides.

Good on instagram, bad in real life

The only good thing about this stay was the room service. The pictures are VERY filtered. Both ends of the hotel had construction and their were random rooms with holes in the windows that looked like someone got drunk and threw a rock through it. The room had cheap tiles peeling up that were bubbled up. The bathtub and shower were covered in mold in the corners. The parking lot needed to be redone 10 years ago. Not family friendly at all! This is a hotel if youre 21-27 and on a budget and like to go to clubs. Both nights, at midnight & 3 am we were woken up from the floor above us with blasting music. It took dozens of calls to the front desk to get it turned off. Dont stay here if youre planning on getting good sleep.

Blood on the pillow

The staff was nice but not informative enough and also there was blood on one of the pillows when I arrived in the room.

Ok Stay Decent

No room service only as requested. No working phone to request room service or in case of an emergency. One coffee pack with two creams definitely not enough if your not providing room service. Decent place to stay if the price was lower not worth $229. A night. Lobby is real nice then you walk into the real deal! Hallways and room do not match lobby upgrade. Only one pool to use they advertised like the WTR pool is available for you to use but it is not, unless you pay for an event. Drinks and food was good. Young crowd good mix of ethnic groups. Definitely 420 everywhere lol.

The hotel needs updating. They need new bathtubs. Doors need to be painted. They need a maintenance team to go around and fix these problems. Apparently this hotel is known for prostitution and drugs.

Shuttle doesn’t go to Clearwater Airport. Rooms were not available. Given a room that was occupied. Then waited for unclean rooms. Bathroom were disgusted. Mole on all the shower curtains. We cleaned the shower to use it.

The view is the best thing the hotel has to offer it was beautiful…. The room looked clean, but the front desk NEVER answered the phone morning or night. I wanted hand towels as my room didn’t have any, also the shower was clogged so it was about 4-5 inches of water in the tub as I showered.
