Beautiful boutique hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel located in a great local. The staff were extremely friendly and were able to help book transfers, trips, restaurants for us and helped with luggage up the stairs, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and well designed. For those electronics gadget people our room had plenty of power outlets to charge our phones, laptops, etc. Will definitely return, thanks for looking after us.

Serviced apartment Split

Small room. Central location for visiting Split. Clean and tidy. Shower was problematic, as it flooded bathroom. Tina and Ana were very helpful and approachable. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are stylish and comfortable.

Great place

Pros - Good value for the money, great location, pretty rooms, and very accommodating front desk staff (we had an early excursion so they prepared our breakfast for take-away the night before). Cons - On the fourth floor of a building with no elevator.

Amazing hotel/location, but don't expect service

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were immaculate, the rooftop terrace is AMAZING. Location is perfect. Probably great for couples. It only gets dinged because of some frustrating service experiences. I asked the guy at the desk to print my bus boarding pass and he said no even though he had a printer right there because it's "just for business." (Aren't guests your business?) So I asked him where an internet cafe was and he said he didn't know and couldn't help me. So I had to leave my guided tour early and go all over town trying to find an Internet Cafe. It took hours to find one and I ended up in tears. Would expect more from a four-star hotel. Also, the previous day I told the guy I planned to have a few friends on the roof for one drink at sunset and he seemed irritated, lectured me on the rules, told me it sounded like I was "trying to throw a party" which I thought was rude. We were paying for drinks and I was quiet and clean, so I don't know why that I was treated with such suspicion. Despite all that, I'd recommend because it's such a beautiful hotel and you won't get that view anywhere else.

Little Gem

Great location 2 mins from sea front. Beautiful room, very clean with a shower with above average water pressure. Quiet rooms, so no disturbed sleep. You make your breakfast selection the night before, and the time you would like it. It is then served to your room in the morning. Lovely hotel with great staff. Only issue for some people could be the 3 flights of steps to the rooms as there are no lifts.

Great value in Split

First impression was sketchy. There are three flights of stairs to the reception and seven rooms. Once that’s managed things improve dramatically. The staff here is stellar. We enjoyed not only their service but friendship and over the top efforts to accommodate our every need. The location is excellent and the rooftop patio is fabulous. The room has updated bath with a great shower. Beds were comfortable and the decor pleasant. If I were to return to Split I’d definitely return to the Procurator 7.

Amazing hosts and location!

What a pleasure to have met our hosts...Ana and "J". Split is already an amazing place, but they made our trip even better than we had anticipated. They made us feel at home, like we were family. We would wake up to a wonderful breakfast, made by Ana...whom was so sweet and gave us so many great recommendations. The room was on the smaller size with no elevators, but keep in mind that this is a historical building. The room was very charming, we would wake up to the sound of the church bells, which I loved. I would recommend Procurator for its location, hosts and comfort. Thank you Ana and J for a wonderful Croatia trip. You made it very memorable.

Location was good

The hotel was very cramped and the air con did not work well. I could not cool off also if you arrive after hours there is no staff to help you. We had a late arrival and no one was there to turn on the air con to cool the room.not well managed.

The perfect hotel, more of a B&B

This hotel was perfect! Its right in city center area, but not in the most crowded part. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping within short walking distance. The room was very modern and super comfortable. It was also very very clean. The staff there couldnt be any better. For example, my wife and I flew in from the United States and got in around 8PM, We had been traveling for almost 24 hours. The next morning we were up and out bright and early for an activity. The staff didnt know we left and thought we had been sleeping in real late. They intentionally didnt make any noise from cleaning and did not enter our room either to let us sleep. Thats thoughtful service!
