0ffice was closed, rooms were just cement block construction, bathrooms marginal, rooms felt like jail cells. Severe trash next door (major rusty construction equipment) I left after one night, refund policy sucks

The Owner & the staff are phenomenal. Nothing but kindness & guest are treated with 5 star service.Was such a retreat, peaceful , no crowds, beautiful sunsets & beach. This was a last minute solo trip that I will never forget. You will arrive as guest & definitely leave as family. The food is awesome. Can't wait to go back!!

Daddy Joe's is AWESOME!

I'm normally not a small hotel guy, but Daddy Joe's was really impressive this weekend. The check-in process was smooth; the food and ambience was nice; the room was clean, well-furnished and fairly spacious. They had generators that worked when the power went off, literally kicked in 5 seconds later. Sandra, LuLu and the owner Tiffany all worked tirelessly to make the weekend a great experience.

The staff at Daddy Joe's is very friendly and accommodating. It is a relaxing stay, in walking distance to the beach!! A rental car or driver is necessary to see the sights. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Daddy Joe's!!

Daddy Joes is a family owned motel. Everyone we encountered there were very friendly and helpful. They go the extra step to make your stay wonderful. Tiffany and Robert have a wonderful place. The motel is neat and clean, offers single rooms as well as apts with multiple bdrms, lvng rm and kitchen (w dishes, pans and utensils). There are ceiling fans and AC in the spaces. It is comfortable and attractive . Daddy Joes is not fancy, it is homey which was nice because it felt relaxed and helped set us on "island time". A little side note, they do a full room clean every 7 days but you can switch out towels and get extra soap etc as needed. You are able to have additional services for $15 ea. I read great reviews about the restaurant at Daddy Joes, about great food and great service and all of those reviews were spot on. All of our meals there were VERY good and Saundra is amazing! "Thank you lady!" Daddy Joes is situated across the street from a beach access point. It is a leisurely 5 minute walk to what I think is the most beautiful view on the island. A wonderful beach and perfect turquoise water. Great for snorkeling around it's namesake Gaulding Cay. I could have spent all 7 days there. If you do rent a car, I suggest a Jeep from Robert for the uneven roads. Head to Genes Dock for a water taxi to Spanish Wells. Rent a golf cart and tour it and Russel Island. Such a cute community. Experience The Queens Bath, an amazing natural wonder. Well worth the climb!

Daddy Joe's is a must place to stay at and eat at the restaurant. We stayed there for a week and had a great time. The owner Tiffany is very personable and treats everyone like family. Saundra is a joy to be around and so friendly. The entire staff know you by name and service is top notch. We had an amazing experience!! The food is amazing! Great location by the beach, snorkeling was awesome and rarely anyone was on the beach. We were able to walk to Queen's Bath a half mile from Daddy Joe's which is truly a breathtaking place. She arranged a taxi to and from the airport. The room was very clean and it was quiet. This was the best place and restaurant to stay on the island..location was perfect! We traveled to other parts of the island and we were so glad we stayed at Daddy Joe's due to location, restaurant, cleanliness and overall vibe of the place. Can't wait to go back.....

This was our second stay at Daddy Joe’s. Both times were absolutely amazing. Robert and Tiffany are two of the friendliest people we could’ve ever hoped for. The room was perfectly clean and nicely done. The food is exactly what all the other reviews say...AMAZING!! Bar and restaurant service was second to none. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Very nice beach right across the way. We will continue to stay there every time we visit the island.

Very friendly staff. Very Clean Room at an affordable price. Outstanding food preparation. Amazingly close to a BEAUTIFUL BEACH! Little challenge getting information on where to go and how to get there, but I was more interested in relaxing at the beach so perfect. Big fun parties on the Weekend for all! Quiet during the week!
