Key West

Very nice property!!!!! Needs more comfortable furniture in the room with the single queen bed.

Great hotel! my only complaint was we were asked if we wanted to upgrade at check-in and we did. Unfortunately, that meant in the morning we were awakened by roosters start their own wake up calls as 430 am. I would not have upgraded knowing this was the result of the upgrade! LOL

Exceeded my expectations

Based on prior reviews I expected a great stay. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with a very nice bed and bedding. The pool is wonderful and grounds are beautiful.

Gorgeous hotel!

This hotel is beautifully designed and decorated! It offered an hourly shuttle to and from downtown Key West. It's about 15-20 minutes to downtown Key West, which was perfect for us. The staff is fantastic and the on-site amenities were great. It appeared that it was planned as an entire project--and it shows. If you're coming from the ocean, you'll see this gorgeous site. If you're coming from the city, the area around it is a little worn--but it really doesn't matter one bit once you're on the property. Loved the choices, the pool, the hammocks, the rooms, and the balconies. We would stay there again in a second.

Amazing hotel....loved everything about the hotel from the room to the pool. Shuttle service was a bonus to downtown Key West. Highly recommend this hotel

Could of been better

Front desk staff were great, but our room was loud, the shower had no pressure to rinse shampoo out of our hair. We love key west but wont be back here.

Bachelorette Trip

The staff was amazing and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed the food and hanging out by the pool. I will say that the breakfast was just okay but everything else we ordered to eat was fantastic. And the only other con was the bedding is “loud” - I think they use a plastic mattress pad so every time someone moved when sleeping it made loud noise but beds were comfortable. The front desk people are so helpful and friendly, can’t say enough good things about them!
