Feel like you are at your Home

We stayed 2 nights garden view room and 2 nights pool view room. We felt like we were at our Home. The rooms had in unit washer and dryer including wash liquid. Kitchen had right from rice cooker to utensils, dish liquid, scrubber everything. The garden view room was slightly old and not updated with no access to patio. But the pool view room was upgraded kitchen and access to patio. We were feeding the hen and roosters over there, had our home cooked Merlin fish fry on the patio. Our trip to Hawaii was excellent as our stay at this hotel took care of what we want.

Disappointing

The furniture in the living room was so old and not clean that when you sat down you sunk to the base. Very uncomfortable!. We couldn't use the porch to our ocean front view because it was unsafe and then the last night of our stay we had to be moved to another building because our building was inspected and had structural concerns and had to be evacuated immediately! What a mess. We did enjoy using the neighboring resorts pools and they were very nice. The grounds were kept very neat as well.

Great resort. Outdated room.

My family of 4 had a lovely stay at Kauai Beach Villas, the highlight was the resort facilities. My kids LOVED the pools, water slide, and ocean view. The condo itself was quite outdated and the mattresses were not comfortable but the room was clean and accommodating for the 4 of us. We loved the proximity to the airport, Lydgate beach, and the town of Kapa’a.

Kauai Beach Villas March 2022

We enjoyed our stay at Kauai Beach Villas. The location is great and the staff was awesome. The grounds are lovely however the property itself (room) is showing age and wear. The concrete on the balcony was coming off in places. They did give a warning on the door. I believe it is time for renovations. We ate at the restaurant at the Kauai Beach Resort next door. It was good and reasonable. Overall, a good stay.

Our stay at Kauai Beach Villas was so nice! Especially since we had access to the resort next door and their property. They have an awesome pool with bar and grotto. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The villas was roomy for our group of six. The only complaint was our unit’s WiFi did not work. Otherwise I would recommend staying here for large groups or families.

The unit was perfect for being on the ground floor and walking right out into the grassy area, and beach close by.Staff were very friendly, and hospitable.
