Hotel is just on the road. And it is very accessible by your car unlike a few hotels in shimla. Rooms were very nice. I went with my family for 4 days and it was a very pleasant stay. Also their breakfast buffet was very delicious.

One of the better hotels in Shimla

The hotel was clean and comfortable. A bit far from the Mall Road but not too difficult to get there. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also great.

Good overall.

Food at morning and dinner buffet was excellent. Staff very professional and attentioned. Crappy WiFi. Doors slamming almost continuously, not soundproof.

A good,clean room for the price. European standard

First impressions are deceptive when you arrive, it is a large hotel ! Clean and well appointed, it offers good value for the price, considering similar prices offer so much crap elsewhere in India...... My girlfriend loved the room, ( my opinion is never important) bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. In-house food is quite acceptable, but only had chinese rice and noodles. In-house taxi to Shimila Mall is 200 rupess, and 10 mins away. Stayed in January 2018, low season but was pleasant....... snow arrived 3 days after we left.... Would go there again.

Hotel location and services

Hotel is on the highway, only private number vehicles are allowed for parking. There is no arrangement for taxi drivers and taxi parking. My driver was denied for parking and even staying in hotel. Food is OK. At the time of breakfast I have to run behind the waiters to remind them about the unavailable food items so that they can replenish from kitchen.

Room was tidy and clean however it lacked the personal touches. No bath mat or hand towels. We were given a room in front of the kids play area even though we didn't have any. It was noisy in the evening. Avoid the restaurant.
