Room smelled, room service was really slow and even after reminders took ages to get basic food items

Great position and good amenities. Shame no free shuttle to the airport though

We arrived at the hotel early as our flight in to Delhi landed at 8am. We received a good welcome and the reception staff were very kind and made sure our room was ready quickly/before the usual check in time. The room was good. Not huge. But well laid out. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the swimming pool. And appreciated the breakfast which had plenty of choice

We have stayed at Pride Plaza. The staff is excellent and the service is great. We love the breakfast provided with our reservation.

I chose to pay at the hotel but the hotel charged the bills prior to my check in and had to wait more then 30 min to wait for my receipt as they did not prepare at the time of check out. Wifi was not working and I called service many times but never solved the problem. Next day they restarted the router which easily solved the problem. I will never ever stay in this hotel again.

A whatsapp number was provided to contact customer service for any need. A hotel book with details on nearby sites, hotel policy, meal menu, meal time was in room Delicious welcome snack awaited my room arrival Luggage brought to and from room by assistants Currency changed at front desk Hat dropped in hotel found and returned to front desk

Easy for overnight stay. Comfortable bed. Excellent service. Go outside to the mall which is great offering many bars and restaurants and shopping. Watch out for touts in the lobby offering Their travel services. Take uber to airport as it’s about 130 compared to 900 offered by hotel😳

My recommendation- people pay so much money to stay in hotel ,you should at least provide them with free airport shuttle.it is so much inconvenience that after a long travel time We have to arrange for cans to come to the hotel and when I call the hotel they tell me to pay Rs.950 for 2 km distance travel after I spend $180/night with them.SUCH A HASSLE

Clean and great rooms. Oh I asked for some one to come and change the temperature because the room was to hot and no one came. Twice.
