Great place to stay. I’ve been staying at this hotel for years because we love it. The staff is wonderful and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Even though they are observing all the safety guidelines during this pandemic, their level of excellence has not diminished. The rooms are good sized and the beds are very comfortable. The only drawback is that there is a casino downstairs and you can faintly smell smoke upstairs in the hallways but definitely not in the rooms.

Had no A/C when I called the front desk they sent a maintenance guy to come check he was already aware it was not working because he didn’t bother to do anything he stayed he can open the window which he unscrewed. All night we heard cop sirens people talking and loud cars needless to say we didn’t get any sleep when I told the front desk employee in the morning he said he wouldn’t let his manager know about the problem that way when we stay there again it would not happen! Yeah sure!👌👎

Clean place and comfortable, access is a little confusing

I was very happy with my choice to stay here. The staff was great and accommodating. They were all polite. From the check in to the cleaning crew on staff, the bell boys, valet, and room service was exceptional. The food was amazing. Honestly, no complaints at all.

We love staying here great food drinks location near everything! I just have one complaint the first night we stayed in a updated room and the second night we stayed in an older bed and they were much harder and out dated, they just need some comfier beds years ago when we first started staying there we loved the beds but they definitely need an update!

Amazing customer service!!! There were a few things they can update/fix. The tv was fuzzy and outdated, the AC wasn’t working (we simply cracked open a window) and their rooms don’t have microwaves or refrigerators. We mentioned we were there for a medical procedure and they brought both a fridge and microwave to our room which we were sooo thankful for! Overall it was a great experience!
