excellent Stay. Excellent Service all the time

Not as expected. But it was a good stay.

Had to cut short trip due tk travel restrictions no help offered from hotel for rebooking etc

The service was impeccable! Staff super friendly ! The rooms beautiful and very comfortable! Over all best resort I’ve visited in Punta Cana ! Highly recommend!

Beach was very nice and the whole resort was well maintained. Thought the food was lacking though but maybe that is due to the low volume of guests that was staying there during the whole Corona outbreak so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt there.

Overall everything was great with location, service, bars, and cleanliness. The thing that wasn't good was that all of the restaurants were not open due to not that many guest but we paid the full amount to experience that.

My husband and I stayed for 4 days and had the most amazing time at the majestic Mirage. Our Butler Victor was exceptional. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we were completely satisfied. The entire staff was absolutely great including Juan who works at the pool area! The rooms were clean, and the property overall was immaculate. I will certainly return in the near future. Perfect vacation ever! #PuntaCana #MajesticMirage

Phenomenal property. I went in March 2020 during the corona pandemic and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The staff was really treat at this place. They were awesome. Me and a friend went and booked the junior suite with Jacuzzi over looking the pool on the second floor. We had a partial ocean view that we upgraded to for no additional cost. Our old room was awesome too but it faced the Majestic Elegance and we figured that it wouldn't hurt to ask for a different view. The food was amazing. The italian cafe had amazing coffee and carrot cake. The seaside buffet was my favorite spot to eat at. Also the buffet near the main entrance was awesome too. One night I remember having full lobsters at the buffet. That was a first for me and they were delicious. The property was relaxed and had a mature vibe. If you are looking for more of a party scene, I would suggest the Hard Rock which is only a 10min cab ride. Overall, a fantastic experience and will definitely be visiting this place again.

Property was in immaculate condition. The staff was super helpful and kind. They genuinely want to go out of your way to ensure you are have a great time. Junior worked at some of the restaurants and events was a always a great time and tried to make it fun. Antonio at the bars can make you some of the best cocktails you have had esp if you are looking for something different then the regular drink menu. Gironomo works in the sushi and hibachi restaurant. He is a true artist with sushi and took great passion in his work. FYI sitting at the sushi bar is prob the best food in the resort. A la carte restaurants were good but buffet was average. Beaches were clean and there are vendors on the beach but at times the staff would just ask you how your day was and get to know you. If you have any questions find Dimitry near the main building. He can help you with any thing. Pool areas were clean. I personally wouldn't do a swim up room because it's on the ground level, but they looked cool. Roman was our butler and he was always available to help us and answer questions. He even setup the most spectacular night with a bottle to celebrate our engagement. I def plan to come back in the future
