I read other traveller reviews and was convinced that they were reviewing a different property. This property does not come close to deserving a 4/5 rating. I would say perhaps 2 or 3/5. Check in was fine. The complimentary breakfast is limited which is understandable due to Covid 19. We chose to have breakfast at a lovely local bakery instead. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. The air conditioning was working fine which was a blessing with the 30 plus temperatures. The bathroom was...the bathroom was not clean. There were several black bugs, sow bugs I believe, crawling on the floor and out of the sink drain. I was very uncomfortable. The bath tub and shower curtain needed a good cleaning. The hotel is located on a very busy street. Across the street are railroad tracks which also were very busy with active trains. It is very loud and noisy. There are no hotel grounds to speak of just a cement parking lot. I would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it. I am a very seasoned traveller.

We have stayed at this hotel before, and it was fantastic. On this visit, the stay was NOT fantastic. Honestly, the hotel looks like it could need a pressure washing on the hallway area (which is exposed to outside and is the only way to get to your room). The ash trays on every A/C unit promoted smoking in the only space for guests to walk to their rooms, so you HAVE to march your children through the smoke. Outside our door was the housekeeping room that was not locked and had small fruit flies around it. In our room we had to request our sheets to be changed due to long black hairs, and tiny blood spots on the duvet. BUT! The staff were VERY apologetic. They changed our sheets immediately. The customer service was great. We decided to check out after only 1 night. I am rating this hotel this way because I was actually surprised to see how run down it has already become in such a short amount of time. Hopefully they can do some renovations - with someone who knows how to do renovations, to get this building back the way was.

Rooms were ok fairly clean with service provided. Breakfast was ok considering COVID. Definitely the best hotel in town

We are a family of four and stayed for a night. The beds were comfortable and the fridge, coffee maker were useful for us. People at the front desk were very friendly and the Continental breakfast was good. We'll probably stay here everytime we go there !

The tv wasn't working initially until I unplugged the cable box and plugged it back in. Otherwise the facility was cute and very clean. Would stay again.

The loud train every hour at night. Terrible sleep

The room was clean and neat. The highway and train are right access the street so don't stay here if you want a quiet place to sleep. Ear plugs are recommended. You can hear the pipes from the rooms beside you and above/below you. There are cheaper rooms in the area which would have the same experience. The continental breakfast was average.

Office area stunk of curry, he was difficult to understand.
