The reviews were accurate re this hotel, it was exactly what we expected. It wasn’t fancy, but we were looking for somewhere easy to stop for the night on the way from a late flight into Melbourne and to a birthday party in Mt Gambier. The location just off the highway was perfect, the auto entry made it easy as we arrived at 1am. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable, just what we needed.

The ease of checking in combine with a relative quiet setting makes this place a wonderful place to take a break in one's journey.

I liked the check in facilities and that you just needed a passcode to access your room. I thought that was so much easier than having a key. The rooms were very tired and dated and the pressure in the shower was almost non existent. Did the job but it wasn’t the best accomodation I’ve stayed in

Very quiet and warm, good facilities for pets. Off road and amenities for eating nearby.

Easy check in / out using digital keylock. However I may hv missed the info as it wasnt clear in the email, so was initially stumped on how to check out when the reception is closed, n no one answered the phone. Only after asking other visitors found out that check out at the counter/kiosk was not needed, just had to lock our door. Thus this could be 1 thing the team could improve in advising re: check out process - which unlike other motels, theres no need to go check out at the counter! :")

very easy automated check-in, great for when you are arriving late. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of the room. the only issues were (1) the bed - it was way too soft with no support and (2) the noise from the trucks driving past on the highway. great location for a quick overnight stop over on the drive to Melbourne.

It is close to freeway but very quiet bushlike suroudings
