Stay away-the plain horrible

Dingy hotel. Rooms were old. The wall mounted air-conditioner could barely cool the room. The WIFI in the room did not work and you had to be in the hallway to get any kind of internet. The bathrooms were old and leaky. Old fixtures. Hot water didn't work and all you got was lukewarm water. On top of this, the customer service was the worst. After bringing these problems to the front desk, all you get is a shrug. They claim all the rooms are booked out and can't move you, when you know for a fact that its not true. 4 people from our party paid for rooms but couldn't make it, but the front desk still claimed there was no available room. Just a bunch of sleazy guys out to get your money. Absolute worst!

Little less than average

Stayed here years ago and it was a decent place. There have been zero improvements or upgrades since then. The hotel staff failed to perform a wake up call i requested one day, and I am sure housing staff went through my shaving bag. For the price you can get a better place.... The casino can be heard on the 4th floor. Hotel does nothing to curb the panhandling just outside the lobby.

The room was better than I expected. It was clean but could’ve used a mini fridge. The staff is nice and helpful. Obviously the ladies who hang out at the hotel are a lot of fun!

It appeared that the floor in the bathroom of my room had been painted. It was flaking and would get on the bottoms of my feet and shoes. Not good.

Very safe in the heart of Downtown. It's an older hotel and it shows, though, being walking distance to everything really does make things easy.
